Dogs are psychic and they communicate telepathically.  Your dog can pick up every thought, feeling and emotion that you have.  Every single one of them.  They will pick up every state of mind that you are in at all times. What you are projecting in your head, with your body language and your energy gets the results you are getting with your dog!

We assume that we are conscious because we are awake and we can think! And because of that we see ourselves as superior to animals. What if consciousness was awareness and what if animals were conscious beings? Would we treat them the same way? Would we be surprised that they found their way home from hundreds of miles away ... without a GPS system? What if we started to give them credit for their awareness and stopped valuing our technological accomplishments higher than beingness and awareness?

The first language is actually energy. We all know this.  It’s just that we have stopped using it as such.  The reason we can translate one language into another is because we can energetically pick up what the word is and find the same energy in another language in another word.

What we tend to do as people is, address our dogs as if they are also people.  In many ways we are creating some of the problems with our dogs because we are not translating the dog’s language-of-energy into the dog’s behavior.  Instead, we try to translate it into people behavior.  It becomes an interpretation of what the dog is actually doing. We are not using the dog’s language to actually tell these animals what we want them to do.

It can be easy for you to 'train' yourself to start communicating with your animal in a different way using some of these awarenesses to change the way you approach your dog. Often times, once you are aware of what you are actually 'saying' when you are doing certain things is going to assist you in changing that, so that your dog will be able to better 'understand' you. It is easier than you think! Start your practice by on;y communicating to your dog what it is you are looking for. So instead of saying 'don't pee in the house' (which has the energy of: Pee in the house!) say, 'only pee outside'. This alone will start to give you a different result! Your animal actually desires to please you, so help them by communicating what you really desire of them!
